These Balsamic Truffles were created recently at the request of a local Balsamic & Olive Oil store. The flavors have been so popular, and we are proud of our 1st place win for Best New Chocolate Piece at the Philadelphia National Candy, Gift & Gourmet Show.
The Black Walnut Balsamic Truffle combines a hint of the balsamic vinegar with smooth milk chocolate and cream, coated in 72% dark chocolate, and tops it off with a walnut piece. The Raspberry Balsamic Truffle pairs the raspberry balsamic with a 61% dark chocolate, the perfect vehicle for the fruited vinegar. The Aged Balsamic is infused with the 72% dark chocolate and cream ganache.
